| Description | Rabbit Anti-SOX9 Monoclnal Antibody (EPR14335). Provided herein is a rabbit monoclonal antibody against Human SOX9. The antibody, clone EPR14335, can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as IHC-P, ICC, IF, FC, IP and WB. SOX9 recognizes the sequence CCTTGAG along with other members of the HMG-box class DNA-binding proteins which acts during chondrocyte differentiation and, with steroidogenic factor 1, regulates transcription of the anti-Muellerian hormone (AMH) gene. Deficiencies lead to the skeletal malformation syndrome campomelic dysplasia, frequently with sex reversal. |
