| Description | Mouse Anti-PBRM1 Recombinant Antibody (1636CT387.122.52). Provided herein is a Mouse monoclonal antibody against Human Polybromo 1. The antibody can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as ELISA, WB. PBRM1 is a subunit of ATP-dependent chromatin-remodeling complexes. The encoded protein has been identified as in integral component of complexes necessary for ligand-dependent transcriptional activation by nuclear hormone receptors. Mutations at this locus have been associated with primary clear cell renal cell carcinoma. |
