| Description | Mouse Anti-TNFRSF1B Monoclnal Antibody (MR2-1). Provided herein is a mouse monoclonal antibody against Human TNFRSF1B. The antibody, clone MR2-1, can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as FC, ICC, IF, IP and WB. TNFRSF1B is a member of the TNF-receptor superfamily. TNFRSF1B and TNF-receptor 1 form a heterocomplex that mediates the recruitment of two anti-apoptotic proteins, c-IAP1 and c-IAP2, which possess E3 ubiquitin ligase activity. Knockout studies in mice also suggest a role of TNFRSF1B in protecting neurons from apoptosis by stimulating antioxidative pathways. |
