| Description | Purity ~90% (SDS-PAGE). PTPN7, also known as tyrosine-protein phosphatase non-receptor type 7 isoform 1, acts preferentially on tyrosine-phosphorylated MAPK1. This protein plays a role in the regulation of T and B-lymphocyte development and signal transduction. Recombinant human PTPN7 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E. coli and purified by using conventional chromatography. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-360 and 384aa of human PTPN7, fused to His-tag at N-terminal expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~43.1kD Specific Activity: >2000unit/mg. Enzymatic activity was confirmed by measuring the amount of enzyme hydrolyzing 1nmole of p-nitrophenyl phosphate (pNPP) per minute at 37°C, pH 7.5 using 10mM of substrate. AA |
