| Description | Mouse Anti-ENA Recombinant Antibody (5G2). This product is a mouse antibody that recognizes ENA of Drosophila. The antibody 5G2 can be used for immunoassay techniques such as: IF, IP, WB. Enabled is the sole Drosophila member of the Ena/VASP family. It acts as a processive actin polymerase, stimulating actin addition at the barbed end. It has roles in both epithelial morphogenesis and CNS pathfinding. It functions, together with Abl, trio and fra, in a complex signaling network that regulates axon guidance at the CNS midline. |
