| Description | Rabbit Anti-CELF1 Recombinant Antibody (EPR8298(B)). This product is a rabbit antibody that recognizes CELF1 of human. The antibody EPR8298(B) can be used for immunoassay techniques such as: WB, IP, IHC-P, FC, IF. Members of the CELF/BRUNOL protein family contain two N-terminal RNA recognition motif (RRM) domains, one C-terminal RRM domain, and a divergent segment of 160-230 aa between the second and third RRM domains. This gene may play a role in myotonic dystrophy type 1 (DM1) via interactions with the dystrophia myotonica-protein kinase (DMPK) gene.
