ANXA11 binds specifically to calcyclin in a calcium-dependent manner. And it required for midbody formation and completion of the terminal phase of cytokinesis. This protein is a 56-kD antigen recognized by sera from patients with various autoimmune diseases. Recombinant ANXA11 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques. |
