This protein is necessary for development of erythrocytes and the nervous system. And it is positively regulates T and B cell proliferation through iron uptake. Recombinant human TFRC protein, fused to His-tag at C-terminus, was expressed in insect cell and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques. |
