CD30/TNFRSF8 ligation by TNFSF8 mediates pleiotropic effects including cell proliferation, activation, differentiation and cell death by apoptosis. Recombinant human TNFSF8, fused to His-tag at C-terminus, was expressed in insect cell and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques. |
