This protein may be involved in cell proliferation and survival of hormone-dependent tumor cells. This protein may be a regulator of breast tumor cell invasion. Recombinant human NDuFAF4 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques. |
