Involved in multiple basic cellular functions, expression of PBLD is elevated in several disease processes, including Insulin resistance, folate deficiency and hypotension. Recombinant human PBLD protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques. |
